I won a complimentary copy through Library Thing and found this book so fitting for the intended audience that I wanted to leave my honest thoughts. In the TOM GATES series, 10-year-old Tom’s top priorities are the band he and his best friend Derek started, drawing pictures on any paper he can find (most often his schoolwork), and annoying his older sister, Delia. She is best known for her Tom Gates series of "satirical realist comedy fiction", which has been translated into 46 languages and sold more than fourteen million copies worldwide. Creator Liz Pichon also appears in the episodes in a live-action segment in which she gives ideas for creating artwork inspired by the series. It is a really good easy book for those people that hate reading but that's not all inside it, their is a awesome drawing amazing description you name it, it's in there.

The drawings and doodles are such a fun addition to the story and really kept my son interested in the story. Even though we had a “family tent” with separate rooms, Delia could hear me shifting around and fidget in g.But I can see him running around the playground with his sweater over his head shouting, “I’m a spaceman, I’m a spaceman.
