I loved Damien and Abigail's relationship and how Damien always made her feel loved and comfortable. This is a book that I know if I think about it too seriously, I’ll see and recognize many red flags. My only problem with the book (which is why I don't rate it 5 stars) is the FMC and how insta lusty/lovey it was.He was a super successful and serous lawyer, but he knows how to treat a woman and wanted her to know her worth. If it weren’t about to be the most magical time of year and the support of the Bromance Book Club, he’d be wallowing in self-pity. What I really concluded from her entire personality is that she had attachment issues, and A LOT (and not saying that randomly, her childhood was bad too because of parents).
