This light summer wine is an incredibly tasty, light and unobtrusive rosé that tastes great with grilled chicken and summer vegetables. This ovoid shape creates a natural convection movement that suspends the lees creating the same effect as a batonnage. A very festive format that's perfect for all those moments of conviviality, whether just as an aperitif or around a barbecue. I was disappointed by this wine and its fizz, it doesn't match our taste; due to its reputation, I was expecting better quality. Salty, sea breeze notes flank the delicate white raspberry, melon and tangerine peel flavors in this delicate rosé.

Later on, in the early and middle 2000s, Rammstein recorded the album Mutter, and Courtney Love also spent a few weeks in the estate. Beautiful fruity notes, a definite sweetness on the palate, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany all your sunny meals.
