A drimaster heat is going to increase the incoming air temperature by a maximum of 8 deg c. therefore all it's going to do is take the 'edge off' The Drimaster-Eco units are fitted with an internal temperature sensor. In warmer months when there is no evidence of condensation, it goes onto standby saving energy. I think these units are amazing, so simple but soooo effective, I bought this one after dad had one in his house from 1977 that just worked forever. There is always going to be a compromise between controlling your condensation & mould problem and having the one area of your house you spend the least amount of time in feeling a little cooler some of the time The unit also helps to increase the overall temperature of the property by taking air at its hottest point (the ceiling as heat rises), creating a flow and re-introducing it into the home.
