About this deal

Must first be Fusion Summoned. During either player's turn, when a Special Summoned monster activates its effect while you have a "Shaddoll" card in your hand: You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that monster, then send 1 "Shaddoll" card from your hand to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "El Shaddoll Shekhinaga" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field by Tributing 2 monsters they control. You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn you Special Summon this card. During each of the controller's Standby Phases: The controller takes 1000 damage. Due to her low level (being 5), it can be Summoned with Instant Fusion. That being said, is one of the most hated floodgates due to how easy is to summon and how much it can slow the pace of a duel. If this card is sent to the GY by a card effect: You can target up to 3 cards in the GY(s); banish them. You can only use 1 "Naelshaddoll Ariel" effect per turn, and only once that turn. El Shaddoll Apkallone is Shaddoll’s new Fusion monster is summoned using 2 Shaddoll monsters with different attributes.

Prevents monsters from being Special Summoned from the hand or Graveyard by the effect of Spell/Trap Cards. Curse of the Shadow Prison" has "Satellerknight Unukalhai" with the staff from "Constellar Rasalhague", which is the card "Evilswarm Kerykeion" is based off of.Naelshaddoll Ariel is the new WATER Shaddoll monster. Being a WATER monster, Ariel gives easier access to El Shaddoll Anoyatyllis. Apkallone’s first effect activates when special summoned and negates one face-up card's effects. This makes Apkallone great for breaking boards on your own turn. It also disrups plays on your opponent’s turn. It combos well with the new Resh Shaddoll Incarnation, allowing you to summon Apkallone from the graveyard. This makes it a strong defensive option by offering a negate.

If this card is sent to the GY: You can target 1 " Shaddoll" Spell/Trap in your GY and add it to the hand. As a note, all except the new Fusion monster share the last FLIP: You can Special Summon 1 "Shaddoll" monster from your hand in face-up or face-down Defense Position. Must first be Fusion Summoned. Cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card effects. Each player can only Special Summon monster(s) once per turn while this card is face-up on the field. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. The aforementioned "El Shaddoll" monsters rely on anti-supporting Special Summons, either by restricting them, negating them, destroying Special Summoned monsters in battle or destroying those ones who dare to activate their effects; also, some of them send 1 "Shaddoll" card from your hand to the Graveyard at their effect's resolution, which can trigger the effect of the sent monster. Finally, they can recycle the "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap cards as long as they are sent to the Graveyard, so even if they are destroyed during or after their Summoning they can still re-add cards like "Shaddoll Fusion" to set up a Fusion Summon the next turn. If you take damage by battle or by an opponent's card effect while this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish this card, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it.

El Shaddoll Apkallone: This is their new Fusion monster, which requires any 2 " Shaddoll" monsters with different Attributes. On the field: At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an Special Summoned monster: Destroy that monster. GY effect: You can send 1 " Shaddoll" monster from the hand to the GY, if you do, until the rest of the turn all monsters you control gain 100 ATK/DEF times the El Shaddoll Grysta: This one is the FIRE Fusion monster, which has an effect kind of similar to Shekhinaga. It requires 1 Shaddoll monster + 1 FIRE monster.

If this card is sent to the GY by a card effect: You can send 1 "Shaddoll" monster from your hand to the GY, and if you do, for the rest of this turn, all monsters you control gain ATK/DEF equal to the original Level of that monster sent to the GY x 100. You can only use 1 "Qadshaddoll Keios" effect per turn, and only once that turn. El Shaddoll Winda: Lastly, we have the DARK representative requiring 1 Shaddoll monster + 1 DARK monster. She alongside Construct and Apkallone are their most accesible Fusion monsters while also being very splashable in Winda and Construct's case.

Shaddoll Showdown

If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can draw 1 card. You can only use 1 "Shaddoll Beast" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/Level 9/ATK 1450/DEF 1950). (This card is also still a Trap Card.) If Summoned this way, you can substitute this monster for 1 Fusion Material Monster that lists an Attribute, on a "Shaddoll" Fusion Monster Card. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard, except "Shaddoll Core"; add it to your hand. Qadshaddoll Keios: The 3rd monster on the Special Summon Triad of new support, focusing on the hand; while also being the LIGHT representative.

If this card is Pendulum Summoned or sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 card in either player's Pendulum Zone; return it to the hand. You must have a "Zefra" card in your Pendulum Zone to activate and to resolve this effect. You can only use this effect of "Shaddoll Zefranaga" once per turn. In the abyss of this world, there is a certain something called the " Shaddoll Core" (The Primordial "Core" of Shadow-Possession) which gives birth to shadows that absorb light, the "Shaddoll". " El Shaddoll Construct" uses these shadow strings to control the manifested shadows, and with this to extend its influence and power... [1] Playing style [ ]

Zombie Horde

On Summon: If this card is Special Summoned (not just by Fusion): You can target 1 face-up card on the field and negate its effects while it remains there. This one is a bit less played, since their are some conditions in which you can and cannot activate his negation due to rulings. That doesn't mean it isn't good to have it around if needed. Although the main focus of this archetype is Fusion Summoning of " El Shaddoll Winda", " Shekhinaga" (with " Mathematician") and " Construct" (until it was banned; OCG lifted the ban on El Shaddoll Construct in October and more recently, in November 2019, the TCG also removed it from the ban list), the Level 4 "Shaddoll" monsters are the most disruptive on the Field, namely " Shaddoll Dragon", who bounces cards when flipped face-up and " Shaddoll Squamata", who destroys a monster. At this archetype's unrestricted phase it also had " Super Polymerization" and " Soul Charge" Spell Cards at 3 and ran " Arcanite Magician" ("Winda" + "Falco") and " Leo, the Keeper of the Sacred Tree" ("Construct" + "Falco") as the Lion was hard for some archetypes to get over. Resh Shaddoll Incarnation: This is their new Trap Card, which has 2 effects. The first one targets 1 " Shaddoll" monster in your GY and Special Summon it in face-up or face-down Defense Position. The other effect can be activated from the GY: you can banish it alongside 1 " Shaddoll" card from the GY to either change 1 face-down monster you control to face-up Defense Position or change 1 face-up monster you control to face-down Defense Position. Is a realy good revival card, can make the Flip effects easier to access if the monster you want to activate happens to be set that same turn or to activate the effect of the monster you just revived.
