Each of Our right or remedy under the Contract is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies belonging to Us, whether under the Contract or not. These Conditions supersede any and all prior promises, representations, undertakings or implications. If You fail to take delivery of the Products within fourteen (14) days following the date of the first attempted delivery, We may rescind the Contract and sell the Products to a third party.
