I'm not sure they gave us 'lazy designs' - I feel it's more a case of improvements in technology allow TLG to give us more detailed print, more complex moulds and the ability to print on those moulds all at a more reasonable cost than would have been previously possible. Not only will this give Leia the Boushh helmet and allow her to use green circles, it will also allow her to throw thermal detonators by pressing Z. When something can be blown by a thermal detonator, you'll know because it'll be a shiny gray and your shots will rebound off it. It’s such a unique set for including the weird minifigures that it does, but it also goes a step further in taking some artistic liberties that we just don’t see anymore from the theme.The printing on Jabba is very accurate and being able to rotate his head are nice improvements over the old version. We already have the set and will be doing a review on it too as well as how it looks like after both sets are connected.
