Inspired by the dazzling light of the midday sun, this iconic formula is enriched with ultrafine luminescent pearls that absorb, reflect and refract light to amplify your natural radiance. Personally I prefer the liquid Shimmering Skin Perfectors because they manage to remain undetectable on the skin while giving the most incredible glow.

It can be a multi-purpose product and can be used as a highlighter, blush topper (or bronzer topper as shown here), and eyeshadow. I think the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighters are some of the prettiest ones out there.

In terms of application the highlight can be pretty intense but the formula is soft and easy to layer and blend. The shimmer is more frosty than Moonstone and I use this shade when I want a more intense highlight. The color actually looks pretty great on both warm and cool-toned skin tone and a wide range of skin colors. Becca does not claim that any of their products are vegan and many if not all of the shades of the Shimmering Skin Perfectors contain Carmine. I still find the texture of the formula to seem a bit drier compared to the one years ago (like in 2013), though the actual color, application, and effect on my skin looks the same.
