I like Ed, both his stand up comedy and the Off Menu podcast really appeal to me, but this book felt a little bit performative/surface level. Comedian Ed Gamble has just served up his hilarious memoir for all to indulge, titled ‘ Glutton: The Multi-Course Life of A Very Greedy Boy ’. I don’t consider myself a foodie, in fact, I’m probably Ed’s worst nightmare (a fussy fueller) but I loved this book!From his childhood cravings, to his ‘fat teenage years’ and kitchen mishaps, Glutton is a heartwarming tribute to the joy of food.
