I love all the characters in this series, Hal and his uncle Nate are a great team and with his mother who adds a nice touch to the story and of course Katerina, we have a dynamic group of heroes the save the day once again. It was such a pleasure to meet you both, and I really appreciated how smoothly and professionally you ran everything. It’s not just the flattened ear of a fellow aeroplane passenger, nor is it the theft of Uncle Nat’s phone.

Bronnie is so lovely with the boys and we also felt that having a man enthusing about the books set a great example.I enjoy the relationship between Hal and his Uncle and this time Hal's mum is in the story which adds another dimension to the family relationships. Harrison and his Uncle Nat go on a train holiday together, in this case to see the Northern Lights, and they end up embroiled in a mystery involving the train passengers that’s to be solved. I’ve absolutely loved this series from the 1st book, ‘The Highland Falcon Thief’ through to the 6th, and seemingly final, instalment. This time it is not one but 2 deadly assassins and they are caight in the crossfire on the train to the Arctic to see the northern lights.

There was just the right amount of choice to suit everyone without being overwhelming and I received comments from parents and staff about the quality of books offered compared to previous sales which have always been based around current crazes and well known celebrity authors.
