Since I started spending a lot more time at home I dug out my harmonicas but was missing my G Hohner.

C is a very common key to start with if you're new to harmonica as there's lots of classic you can play with this one harp. Back in the day we used to dunk our harps in water to get a more raw, coarse sound but it can take a toll on a pear wood harp but I'm told with the all synthetic comb on the 20 that's not as big an issue. The Hohner Special 20 is a classic design harmonica the cover plates are stainless steel, on a black plastic comb with recessed, screwed on reed plates for extra air-tightness and comes in a hard plastic case. This is the Standard Richter tuned Session Steel, however you can also get it in Paddy Richter, PowerDraw, PowerBender, Melodic Maker, Circular/Melody King, Country, Natural Minor and Harmonic Minor. The Little Lady harmonica that came with the deal is also a delight, huge sound for something so small!Both the draw bends and the blow bends on this harmonica were very easy to execute and control with precision.
